I didn't get into personal training because it looked good on paper. I got into it because fitness genuinely changed my life and I wanted to do the same for other people. I've been playing football for 16 years and I'm still going. I've spent 4+ years in the gym learning what actually works, what doesn't, and how to make training feel less like a chore and more like something you actually want to show up for. As a certified personal trainer, I bring all of that into every single session. No two sessions look the same with me because you're not the same as anyone else. Your goals, your pace, your progress. That's what I'm here for.
